How does a custom project start?
Choose the closest factory-matched product, then share finished size, quantity, material or finish, artwork status and delivery destination.
When will I receive a proof?
Proof timing is confirmed in the written quote. Production begins only after the artwork, specification and digital proof are approved.
Which materials are available?
Material, weight, surface and thickness vary by product. We confirm the applicable company options after reviewing the job.
Can I request corrections?
Send corrections before proof approval. Revised timing and any cost change are confirmed in the same project thread.
Where do you ship?
Standard shipping takes 12-15 days after production to US addresses: $39 per order, free on orders of $199 or more. Custom-quote items are confirmed in the quote.
Can custom products be returned?
Made-to-order goods cannot normally be returned after proof approval unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or with a production defect. See the Returns policy for details.
