Clear rates for standard US orders.

Directly purchasable catalog products use a predictable shipping rule. Fully custom specifications and bulk projects are quoted separately before payment.

Standard US shipping

Standard shipping is $39 per order to one address in the United States. Orders of $199 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The qualifying amount is calculated before coupons.

Production and delivery time

Production timing is confirmed after we review the exact specification, artwork, proof route and order quantity. The transit service and expected range are confirmed for the delivery destination in the written quote or checkout. Do not rely on an unverified fixed delivery date before that confirmation.

Proof approval

Any confirmed production or transit range begins after the customer approves the final digital proof. Delayed artwork or proof approval moves that confirmed schedule.

Tracking

A tracking link is provided after dispatch when the selected carrier supports end-to-end tracking.

Custom and bulk projects

Oversized, high-volume, split-destination or fully custom projects may require a separate freight quote. The customer receives the written freight cost and timing before payment and production.

Duties and taxes

The $39 standard rate covers transportation only. Any import duties, local taxes or carrier collection charges assessed by the destination authority are the customer’s responsibility unless the written order confirmation states that they are included.
