These standards explain how product feedback is collected, labeled and moderated on zorvoo.com.

First-hand experience

Reviews must describe the reviewer’s own purchase, sample or genuine use of the product. Reviews connected to a matching order may display the “Verified owner” label.

Independent feedback

We ask for honest feedback, not a positive score. Any discount, sample or other material connection must be disclosed and is never conditional on the rating given.

Fair moderation

We may withhold spam, duplicate content, private data, unlawful material, irrelevant claims or abusive language. Critical reviews are not removed merely because they are negative.

Privacy & replies

Do not include addresses, phone numbers, order details or other private information. ZORVOO may reply publicly to clarify product or service details while handling account-specific issues privately.
