Quotes & payment

Custom-product price, currency, payment schedule and accepted payment method are confirmed in the written quote. A project is accepted only after the quoted terms are approved and the required payment is received.

Specifications & proofs

Production begins only after the finished size, material, quantity, finish, artwork and digital proof are approved. Later changes may require a revised price and schedule.

Production & delivery

Production timing begins after approval. Delivery service, transit estimate and cost are confirmed from the packed order and destination; transit estimates are not guarantees.

Returns & defects

Made-to-order goods are not normally returnable after approval unless damaged, incorrect or defective. The written quote confirms the reporting window and remedy applicable to the project.

Customer artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce all submitted text, logos, images and other artwork. We may decline unlawful, infringing or unsafe content.

Print variation

Screen color, paper texture, finishing and production batches can create reasonable variation. Digital proofs confirm layout and content, not an exact screen-to-print color match.

Taxes & import charges

Taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. Import duties, taxes or carrier charges not collected by us remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
